Estate Law & Mediation Estate Planning Attorney & Mediator As head of her own firm in Westlake Village, CA, with offices in Burbank, CA, and Santa Barbara, CA Terri Hilliard Olson draws upon her vast experience and easy communication style to help clients with estate and business succession planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, living wills and trusts, healthcare directives, eldercare, family protection planning, planned giving, and general business formation and facilitation. She is also a private mediator, assisting families, elders, individuals, and businesses in resolving disputes. Terri graduated from Loyola Law School in 1989, following a successful business practice as an investment advisor. She is an admitted member of all California State and federal courts, California State Bar, Eldercare Mediators, Ventura County Bar Association, and Wealth Counsel. Terri serves clients throughout much of Southern California. While Terri has been expanding her law practice, she has also found time to actively participate in a wide variety of client and community service programs. She is active with the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce, Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, American Business Women's Association, Moorpark Morning Rotary, and Senior Concerns in Thousand Oaks. In 2009, Terri was appointed to the Board of Directors of Senior Concerns, where she lends her expertise in eldercare estate planning and mediation, as well as planned giving. She is also the Community Chair of the Moorpark Morning Rotary. Terri has sponsored seminars for seniors and their families in transition and she finds time to teach and lecture on a variety of important subjects, including Financial Challenges for Women, Special Needs Planning for the Disabled and their Caretakers, and Professional and Business Owners' Exit Strategies, Succession and Business Planning .
